At High SocieTea, we want you to be delighted with your online purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines our policy for handling cancellations and returns for online orders.

Products & Services

This policy applies to online purchases of tea, tea accessories, and other merchandise (collectively, “Products”) from our website.

Order Cancellations:

  • Unprocessed Orders: If you need to cancel an order before it has been processed and shipped, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at (973) 696-8327 or by email at in**@************nj.com. We will be happy to cancel your order and provide a full refund.
  • Processed Orders: Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it. However, you may still return the Products in accordance with our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unopened, undamaged Products for a full refund.
  • Return Conditions: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Products that are opened, damaged, or used cannot be returned.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned Products.
